What is happening at Delfin Laurimar?

The town centre at Laurimar is under construction. When completed it will be a major retail and employment hub for Melbourne's north east corridor, consisting of a 18,000m?retail precinct which will be home to a Woolworths supermarket and over 20 specialty stores.

Part of the brief was to create a lively town centre. Because Laurimar is yet to be fully established, the fly through illustrates the vibrancy and activity of Laurimar once the development is built out and patronage increases in the Town Centre over the next few years.

Delfin has shown great foresight with Laurimar and there was the need to show potential home buyers the detail of their vision including the next stage of Harrison's View, the stunning 400 year old River Red Gums, parks and reserves and the medium density residential site set between the lake, school and town centre. The 5 animations SLAM created were compiled to a 3 minute marketing video.
