CONDITIONS *

Houses that are larger than 400 square meters/1,200 square feet need to be costed individually. SLAM will quote on floorplans. All custom features need to be quoted.

Floorplans include:

  • Selection of wall and floor colours.
  • Selection of 10 furniture items.
  • One alteration session.
  • Any alterations after the first alteration session will be $35 to re-open the file and then $20 per alteration. Any errors caused by SLAM will be fixed by SLAM.
  • Delivery by email within 7 working days.
  • Delivery via Internet.
  • All prices USD$.
  • Payment due on commencement.
  • The money back guarantee is no longer available once the final image has been uploaded.
